Here at the glendorgal we have our own fully equipped health club offering a fitness arena, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and solarium.
For guests staying in the hotel, entrance to the Health Club is included in the cost of your stay. Guests staying in our houses and apartments may take advantage of our Health Club facilities at an additional charge.
Children under 16 are not permitted to use the Health Club (including the gym, hot tub, sauna and steam room) but may use the swimming pool between the following hours:
Monday to Friday - 10.00am - 12.00 midday and 2.00pm - 6.00pm
Saturday and Sunday - All day
All children using the swimming pool must be accompanied by an adult.
The Health Club is open every day but opening hours may vary throughout the year, please confirm the opening times upon your arrival at the resort.
Please note that there are no instructors in the Health Club
